Return
All products had final quality checked before shipping. In the event, the parcel is/are broken and/or damaged upon received, kindly refuse and return the parcel to the courier and/or contact us within 48 hours
If the product are defective (only applicable to Electrical and Electronic Product), kindly include the following information by sending email to cs@itoshi.com.my or call +603-67311356 with your order information includes Order number, name, contact, defect and date of purchase/receive.
General Note and Requirement for Return
Please return the item soonest possible(may be further stated by us) in its original condition, packaging, accessories, user manual and free gift/s(if appliable). Itoshi reserves the final rights to accept or reject any return or refund if any of the conditions as below:
Product/s returned are incomplete, without original packaging or seal, accessories, user manual, free gift/s
Producf are being used
Omission and/or incomplete verification process information (e.g. Order number, name, contact, invoice, date of purchase/receive)
Return not within stipulated timeframe
Refund
In the event of return customer will be require to furnish additional information such as NRIC number, bank name, bank account number as and what require further. Refund will be issue through bank transfer to the customer submitted bank account for return or cancellation. The nett amount of the purchase will be refunded soonest possible.
Replacement
In the event of product replacement, a separate arrangement notified by our customer service shall be furnished.
